Vegetables for Your Health
Here are delicious blends with varying benefits. There is only one requirement for its production: vegetables thoroughly with clean water to remove dust or dirt, and disinfected with antibacterial solutions to them free of germs.
HEARTBURN: juicing a carrot, an apple and four sheets of white cabbage. Take it before each meal.
STRESS: plants have properties including sedative, and juice make this great for people nervous and anxious. The ingredients are: two cucumbers and the center of a lettuce. The vegetables are blended and the juice is stirred into a shaker with crushed ice, salt and pepper. We recommend taking it at night.
ARTHRITIS: 150 grams of cucumber, 150 grams of celery and 75 grams of white nettle, soaked. Once cut ingredients liquefy and are taken at noon, just before eating.
Joint pain: by excess uric acid: We can prepare a beet juice and 2 carrots 1 onion, two carrots.
EXCESS OF CHOLESTEROL: 150 grams of watercress, a peeled lemon and a teaspoon of lecithin. Liquefy the watercress and lemon is added lecithin, and this preparation is taken once daily, fasting. This juice is an excellent cleanser and diuretic, for its immediate action on the excretory organs.
HYPERTENSION: 175 grams of carrot (phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, vitamins A, B and C), 200 grams of peeled beets (magnesium, phosphorus, vitamins A, B and C) and 100 grams of ripe grapes (potassium, manganese, calcium , vitamins A, B1, B2). Liquefy the ingredients, and the juice is taken before bedtime.
INSOMNIA: 100 grams of lettuce (contains iron, calcium, phosphorus, vitamins A, B, C and O) and 100 grams of peeled beets (magnesium, phosphorus, vitamins A, B and C). Once cut liquefy ingredients, and take as long before bedtime.
For rheumatism: is a combination that cleanses the body and antirheumatic effects, ideal for people with anemia or very nervous. Its ingredients are: four carrots, peeled, half a cabbage, two cucumbers, peeled garlic and a quarter. All ingredients are passed through the blender and served cold, preferably at noon.
