Dishes Rich and Tasty but Low Calorie

Many times when we ask how our diet can cook and delicious but rich dishes are low in calories to keep those pounds from want.

This is clearly a challenge but of course not possible, first of all you have to control your appetite and ensure five times a day because it is very important not to overeat at certain times of day.

The first thing you can do is play with the seals of each dish that you eat vegetables is very important when dieting because it will be the ones who provide all the protein and nutrients you need for day to day trying to avoid or at least the vegetables consumed in small amounts compared with plants that can fill your plate completely.

Cholesterol caused Senility

Dementia or memory decline was related to blood cholesterol levels. Research indicates that experts, low levels of good cholesterol or high density lipoproteins (HDL) in blood can make you prone to dementia and Alzheimer’s.

In the two types, known medically as cholesterol, the HDL that protects your heart from damage and bad cholesterol or low density lipoproteins (LDL) that increase the risk of suffering from heart problems. In practice, HDL also acts suppress LDL by sending it from the cells and blood vessels to the liver or liver.

In a study, experts found that low HDL levels associated with increased risk of memory decline. This influence came when, specifically in the blood levels of HDL cholesterol decreased in the age between 55 to 60 years in which this will increase the likelihood of having dementia up to 61 percent. A recent study in the U.S. recently showed, Chinese red rice diet plus fish oil supplementation balanced counseling program, exercise, and relaxation were able to reduce levels of bad cholesterol (low density lipoprotein / LDL). Diet model is also more effective in weight loss.

According to a scientist, participants are people with high cholesterol diet through red rice and fish oil had lower LDL cholesterol 40 percent. This decrease was similar to patients taking the drug simvastatin 40 milligrams per day.
