The cherimoya is a subtropical fruit, semicaducifalia.

Its natural growth and fruiting are optimal when the average annual temperature is between 14 º C and 24 º C. The requirement is that climate is cool, relatively dry, with little temperature fluctuations. Chile cherimoya is grown in subtropical valleys of the fourth and fifth regions.

Features
The cherimoya is a heart-shaped fruit, green skin with white flesh, creamy, aromatic and very tasty. It is considered one of the finest tropical fruits .

The cherimoya is rich in vitamin C, glucose, phosphorus, iron and calcium. Also interesting is its zero cholesterol and low fat levels.
