Acne

Acne is a skin disease that involves an abnormal response to testosterone in the body. Natural remedies for acne are a good solution in cases where conventional medicine solutions do not work, and because acne is a condition difficult to eliminate, not a bad idea to try some home remedies.

As mentioned, acne occurs as an inflammatory reaction to testosterone levels experienced by the body. It is a skin disease that occurs primarily in adolescence and is characterized by excessive grain appearance over several areas of the skin, usually of the face, back and shoulders. There are many solutions for acne, but today we focus on listing some natural remedies for acne, hoping that their application would be effective.

Starting with these home remedies for acne, we recommend mixing 50 gm of leaves of blackberry, raspberry and strawberry and throw to 1.5 liters of water. Heat it and let it boil for 3 minutes. Water should be applied every night on affected areas.

Another remedy to remove acne is to extract the lemon juice and mix with equal quantity of water. Apply this mixture on your face and leave it there for half an hour. Wash your face with cool water, after a fortnight and hopefully start seeing results.

The aloe vera plant is known especially for the benefit that it poses to the skin. Get creams applied aloe Vera pulp or plant directly on areas of skin affected by acne. Besides externally, can be consumed internally to eliminate acne.

Another home remedy for acne is a paste made by mixing three tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon. Apply this mixture over the bumps in the night and leave on till morning. Once you get up wash your face with warm water to remove it.

Two other homemade recipes for acne consists of, first, apply tomato pulp on pimples and leave for an hour, the second is to leave some lettuce leaves soaking in water saturated. Then wash your face with this water to reduce acne.

Finally, a homemade solution for this skin problem is to apply toothpaste on the pimples just before bedtime. Wash the next morning, and doing this repeatedly checks that you can delete the acne effectively.
