Medicinal plants flu
One of our readers in Mexico have requested some information on the treatment of influenza based on medicinal plants. In these times when winter is approaching in America, there are few of us fall into a state of flu, and if we do not mind the cold is the fever or physical fatigue, all harbingers of a latent state flu.
So to be preventing developmental problems of this kind are never welcome, nothing better to use natural medicine to go abating the symptoms of the flu incubation.
There are several herbs to fight the flu, and all are equally effective with each other. Ginger is an important antiviral, especially recommended for colds and congestion. To receive the benefits of ginger you simply boil two tablespoons of grated fresh ginger in a pint of water for fifteen minutes. Then let sit for ten minutes and take two cups of water throughout the day.
Garlic, holy plant used to everything, also has significant efficacy in preventing influenza effects. Points to strengthen the immune system. Simply take a clove of garlic twice daily (morning and evening on an empty stomach). If you have problems with garlic breath, do not worry, here’s a natural remedy to combat halitosis (bad breath).
Moreover, the Talus is also effective action against the flu. Like garlic, Astragalus is used to return to your body more resistant against the effects of influenza, and only one capsule of 500 mg of Astragalus four times per day will be sufficient to eliminate the symptoms of the disease .
