In addition to its many benefits, green tea adds a good contribution to oral health was not considered. A study recently published in the Journal of Periodontology, the official journal of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), demonstrated that the regular intake of green tea can also help promote healthy teeth and gums.

The study analyzed the periodontal health of 940 men between 50 and 60 years and found that those who regularly drank green tea showed better oral health than those not taking it. The researchers led by Dr. Yoshihiro Shimazaki noted that each cup of green tea consumed daily there was a positive increase in oral health indicators and that means a lower rate of incidence of periodontal disease in patients who regularly drank green tea.

Green tea appears to help reduce the symptoms of periodontal disease may be due to the presence of a molecule known as catechizes antioxidant that is able to reduce inflammation.

Stimulates diuretic, lowers cholesterol and serves as an expectorant. It also helps in the good condition of the skin, and defense against infection, helps balance the nervous system and fight a good number of fungi, bacteria and viruses.

It also reduces blood pressure, repair the damage caused by atherosclerosis and acts as an antiinflammatory. Prolonged use helps prevent certain types of cancer, fights stress and depression and reducing sugar levels in the blood.

The way garlic is eaten is important to achieve these benefits. Their properties vary according to whether it is raw or cooked. Some are due to a compound called allicin that is active against many viruses and bacteria. However, this substance is not always present.

Is formed when two components are combined what happens when garlic is chopped, crushed, or in the case of supplements, digested. Allicin only lasts a few minutes, so it is important to eat garlic quickly after being cut or crushed. When cooking destroys the allicin, but anticoagulant compounds are released that fight cholesterol.

You have to fight a cough fast before it becomes annoying and painful. Many pharmacological treatments are available to help subdue a cough, but before you go to the doctor, try a quick and easy herbal remedy.

Herbal Tea
Healing enzymes within herbal tea leaves can suppress even a painful cough. Many types of herbal tea can help end a cough, but black tea and chamomile tea are considered the best.

To prepare the tea properly, pour hot water into a heat-resistant mug along with a tea bag of your choice.

Let the tea steep for about one minute and add a splash of lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey.

The lemon juice will help release the healing enzymes from the tea into the water, and the honey will help lubricate your throat to relieve inflammation. Drink slowly.

Garlic Cough Syrup
Many people think a garlic cough syrup is just as effective as the antitussives you can buy over the counter at a pharmacy. To prepare, chop a handful of garlic cloves and place them in a mason jar. Completely cover the garlic with honey and securely fasten the lid of the mason jar.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 24 hours. Ideally, you would want the mixture to marinate for about two weeks, but if you have a cough now, you do not have that kind of time. When you wake up, take a tablespoon of the mixture to suppress your cough for most of the morning hours. Take throughout the day as you feel the urge to cough.

Ginger
Ginger also can relieve a cough. Slice a fresh ginger root into very thin pieces. Chew the ginger root when you feel the urge to cough, and the reflex should soon dissipate. You can also mix powdered ginger with a glass of warm water and slip slowly to relieve the cough.

Food preservation
Most of the evidence for rosemary’s medicinal uses comes from clinical experience rather than scientific studies. However, recent laboratory studies have shown that rosemary slows the growth of some bacteria such as E. coli and S. aureus that are related to the decomposition of food, and may actually perform better than some of the food preservatives market today.

Alopecia
One of the traditional uses of rosemary has been to stimulate hair growth. In a study involving 86 people with alopecia areata (a disease of unknown cause characterized by significant hair loss, generally in patches) those masajeraon your scalp with rosemary and other essential oils (including lavender, thyme and olive cedarwood) every day for seven months experienced significant re – growth of hair compared to those without masajeraon your scalp essential oils. It is not entirely clear in this study if the rosemary (or a combination of rosemary and other essential oils) was responsible for the beneficial effects.

Cancer
Both laboratory studies such as those in animals suggest that the antioxidant properties of rosemary can be active against colon, breast, stomach, lung and skin. Should be carried out more research in this area, including human evidence before drawing conclusions about the value of rosemary for cancer.

It is also beneficial for hypotension (low blood pressure) exhaustion or stress .

It is a “baby plant” from soybeans and water.

It is a very good source of essential amino acids needed for growth and development. It is a dietary supplement suitable for both children and elderly populations that frequently consume foods with high caloric value but contribute small proportions of amino acids.

The seeds contain a proportion of protein, 35%. And the best part is that the protein quality is very high, equivalent to those of animal protein.
