Finding a Good Fitness Blog Site to Follow
Avid blog readers know that there are a gadzillion fitness blogs in the blogosphere. Trying to find a few of these blogs to follow is difficult though. Only maybe one out of one hundred blogs are either highly informative or highly entertaining. No offense intended if you have what you believe is a good fitness blog site, there is just so more competition out there that your blog has to have an angle that will make me want to read it.
It’s not even that I’m searching for a good fitness blog site to follow that has to be written by a well-known fitness guru. I’m willing to listen to training advice from anyone who has successfully reached their fitness goals as I can always learn something to take away. Lots of people have unique approaches to fitness, if you only follow blogs written by fitness pros, you’ll miss these unique approaches.
A good fitness blog site that is worth following will occasionally challenge rigidly held beliefs about exercise and nutrition. Just because an exercise has always been done a certain way,there is no reason not to try to make improvements. All I ask for in a blog I follow is that the author posts regularly on a variety of fitness topics and does so in an interesting and informative manner. Some funny posts don’t hurt either. A good laugh burns quite a few more calories than just plain reading.
