In reaching this conclusion, researchers reviewed 18 studies involving a total of 831 patients, of which they found that injections preheated managed to lead to “clinically significant reductions in pain, beyond the fact that anesthesia is blocked or not or whether it applied subcutaneously (under the skin), intradermal (skin), or if the amount injected was large or small.

Thus, for the study have warmed injections in several different ways, within them can be listed controlled water baths, incubators, liquid heaters, warming trays or a hot needle. Also taken into account for the study, published online in the Feb. 8 issue of Annals of Emergency Medicine, the fact that emergency physicians usually use their hands to warm the injections.

In a press release published in the journal, Dr. Anna Taddio, University of Toronto has stated that “warm injection is a cost-free as emergency physicians can take to reduce the pain of injection, and added that “patients are often afraid to see a needle, but doing something as simple as heating the injection body temperature can make the painful part of the visit to the emergency room into something more tolerable.”

About 80% of people have suffered back pain at some point in their life. Back pain is a sign of an injury or problem in the spine, bones, muscles and tissues. Besides being annoying and painful to your daily routine can affect your lifestyle and you will be able to participate in leisure activities because of pain. There are a number of remedies for back pain you can take out for yourself and practices you can incorporate into your routine to make the pain more bearable. Ice is a great anesthetic.

Although we have at our disposal all the medical knowledge of the world, remains the ice, one of the most effective remedies for pain relief. The heat is good too. The heat relaxing qualities are known throughout the world, but the heat-based treatment beyond that it provides pain relief and healing properties for many types of back pain.

Many think the rest is better in case of back pain, but the fact is that the opposite happens. The most beneficial for back pain is exercise. The Regular exercise relieves back pain by strengthening muscles that hold, and prevent their occurrence.

- Come on short distances
- Do flexibility exercises
- Use an exercise bike
- Nothing

All this must of course be under medical advice.

Losing weight can be a source of relief in some cases because being overweight can increase the pain. Please keep your muscles in better shape and improve your posture while sitting, raised, or sleeping. Studies have shown that massage based therapy is more effective than acupuncture, for example. The hydrotherapy in the back helps the body release toxins that cause inflammation and pain.
